SAFE reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service if:
- A request compromises safety, legality, or operational integrity.
- Client conduct creates unsafe conditions.
- Services would violate applicable laws or licensing regulations.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through official SAFE communication channels.
- A deposit or full payment may be required before service confirmation.
- Payment terms, rates, overtime, and additional fees are outlined in the client’s service agreement.
- Failure to remit payment within agreed timeframes may result in service cancellation or suspension.
SAFE reserves the right to pursue collection remedies for unpaid balances.
4. Cancellations
Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice for cancellations unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on contractual terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate details regarding service locations, timing, and risk factors.
- Maintain a safe and lawful operating environment.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Refrain from directing personnel to engage in illegal, unethical, or unsafe activity.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
6. Confidentiality
SAFE maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information.
Information shared with us will not be disclosed except:
- As required by law.
- Pursuant to court order or subpoena.
- As necessary to perform contracted services.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under California law:
SAFE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use our services.
- Acts of third parties.
- Criminal conduct.
- Unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control.
In any event, SAFE’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
8. No Guarantee of Security Outcomes
Security services reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risk.
SAFE does not guarantee prevention of all incidents, losses, injuries, or damages. Clients acknowledge that security services mitigate but do not eliminate potential threats.
9. Independent Contractor Status
SAFE personnel are employees or authorized agents of SAFE. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between SAFE and any client.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, graphics, images, and branding, is the exclusive property of SAFE and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
